This Privacy Policy explains how LINGTOUCH UK LTD ("LINGTOUCH", "we", "us") handles personal data when you use our mobile game Blox Burst (Android package com.lingtouch.bloxburst) (the "App"). We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

1. Data controller

LINGTOUCH UK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 234609302). Contact: support@lingtouchstudio.com.

2. Data we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email or contacts in the App. Game progress, settings and coin balance are stored locally on your device.

The App uses the following third-party services, which may process data automatically:

• Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) – shows optional rewarded video ads. Unity may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), IP address, device model, OS version, language, approximate location derived from IP, and ad interaction data, to serve, measure and (if you consent) personalise ads and prevent fraud. • Unity In-App Purchasing / Google Play Billing – processes optional purchases of in-game coin packs. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play; we never receive your card details. We may receive a purchase receipt/transaction ID to deliver your items. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Unity Engine services – the Unity engine may collect limited technical data (device and performance information, crash data). See Unity's Privacy Policy above.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the App and in-app purchases – performance of a contract.
• Showing non-personalised ads, fraud prevention, security and analytics of App performance – our legitimate interests.
• Personalised advertising – your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Your choices

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads). Watching rewarded ads and making purchases are always optional. Uninstalling the App deletes the data stored locally on your device.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers listed above, which may process it outside the UK/EEA (for example in the United States) under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We do not hold personal data on our own servers. Third-party providers retain data according to their own policies.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take steps to have it deleted. Where a user may be a child, ads are requested in a non-personalised, child-appropriate mode where the ad provider supports it.

8. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email support@lingtouchstudio.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
